We are looking for Part-time Healthcare Concierge Representatives committed to helping VIVIO Health deliver the right therapies to the patients at the best value.

The Care Concierge representative plays a crucial role in facilitating communication among members, doctors' offices, and other medical staff. You will be responsible for processing requests associated with the VIVIO plan, and managing both inbound and outbound interactions with members and healthcare providers through phone calls, faxes, and emails. Success in this position hinges on a high level of proficiency in utilizing our technology system, ensuring the accurate processing of information for new and existing members. We seek individuals with a strong work ethic, impeccable organizational skills, focus, proactiveness, and the ability to make an immediate impact.

Job Description

  • Handle a high volume of complex calls and other communications with members, doctor offices, pharmacies, drug manufacturers and PBMs (pharmacy benefit managers).  
  • Resolve and maintain 100% follow-through on provider questions, requests and open items relating to members and the VIVIO Health program.  
  • Use our technology solutions to effectively capture the right information about our members and communicate it as necessary.  
  • Comply with and adhere to all regulatory compliance areas, policies and procedures and company best practices.  
  • Successfully complete other assigned administrative tasks including but not limited to reporting and resolution for eligibility, adjudication and fill details. 

Qualifications

  • A quiet home-based office environment.  
  • Functional computer/ laptop and a high speed internet connection. 
  • At least one year of customer service/call center experience in a high-volume environment.   
  • You are passionate about improving healthcare, helping people, and have a successful track record of interacting with a diverse population  
  • You are an exceptional communicator who can quickly get up to speed with the VIVIO Health program.  
  • You are tech-savvy and can navigate through technology with ease  
  • You are responsible and reliable and take ownership of your work while looking to constantly improve your performance.  
  • You are bilingual in English and Spanish. 
  • Must be able to work a consecutive 5-hour schedule between 12 pm-5 pm PT (3 pm-8 pm EST) Monday- Friday. 
  • New team members will need to successfully pass the 90-day review for continued employment.
